It is operated by “Résidences des Bâtisseurs” and consists of two distinct towers: Tower 1, built in 1992 and completely redeveloped in 2023, and Tower 2, built in 2007, featuring larger and brighter spaces. Together, they offer a total of 168 units, ranging from 2½ to 5½ rooms.
