Questions and answers
Excellent service au quotidien par le personnel de soin sur le plancher dans la section Signature. Malheureusement, au décès de notre mère, nous n'avons reçu ni témoignage de sympathies, ni représentant au salon funéraire, ni fleurs, ni cartes de la part des services administratifs, ni offre de rassembler d'autres résidents-amis en sa mémoire, ni accompagnements, ni soutien au moment de vider l'appartement ... rien. La manière de faire par le personnel administratif de La Cité des Tours et du Groupe Maurice est à repenser lorsqu'un résident s'éteint. Au delà d'un contrat excessivement onéreux qui se termine, il y a la peine que vivent les proches et ils ont complètement passé à côté.
