The Residence IKA (formerly Résidence d'Auteuil)s a private residence for seniors (RPA) located in one of the peaceful neighborhoods of Laval. Staff members are autonomous, with loss of autonomy (semi-autonomous), those with Parkinson's Disease, Alzheimer's and cognitive loss and those requiring short term stay / convalescence . An inviting and warm atmosphere prevails at this private residence for seniors. The music is predominant at the Residence d’Auteuil, which provides good and good humor to the residents. Several activities organized by a group are also offered at this residence located in Auteuil. There is a good collaboration between the residence and the CIUSS. Moreover, several services are offered to you, according to your needs. The Residence d’Auteuil is a safe environment, since it has several commodities.
