In 1981, Élise Dubois created the Au coeur de l'Éden residence in Laval, a refuge for a peaceful retirement. Over the years, the residence grew, becoming a community where residents shared more than a roof, but a real family. In the 1990s, local artist Madeleine added murals depicting nature, becoming the jewel of Eden. At the heart of Eden is a haven of peace, a place where every chapter of life is celebrated. The visionary spirit of Élise Dubois endures, making the residence much more than a place to stay, but a house where heritage continues to flourish.
