Trop de changement dans le personnel. Les soins d’hygiène sont non satisfaisants. Notre mère souffrant de démence a été plusieurs semaines sans avoir les cheveux lavés, les ongles coupés, etc. Les sous-vêtements et vêtements sales dans les tiroirs de sa commode. Médicaments trouvés par terre ou sur une table. Le ménage fait à moitié, beaucoup de poussière par terre et sur les meubles. Je ne recommande pas l’unité de soins du 2e étage. Ça n’en vaut pas le prix.

Ma mère y demeure depuis l'ouverture, il y a deux ans. Les appartements sont spacieux et très éclairés. Très sécuritaire. La résidence est à proximité de plusieurs services. La nourriture laisse place à l'amélioration.
