Les services ont l'air facile à obtenir. Les infirmières sont très disponibles. Le choix des repas à la salle à manger est très bon et assez varié. Les invités peuvent également manger à la salle à manger avec les résidents. Ce que je déplore, c'est la difficulté d'accès pour les déménagements (il n'y a pas de quai de chargement, ou d'accès plus large). Ils ont doublé le Jazz, il y a maintenant des allées de quilles, billard, piscine, etc. L'équipe des loisirs s'occupent bien des résidents et les tiennent bien occupé et stimulé. Épicerie et pharmacie sur place. Épicerie Métro à 200 pieds de la résidence. Mon père regrette de ne pas y être allez avant! il a une belle vue sur les arbres du haut de son 6ième étage.

Mes parents ont demeuré 5 ans chez Jazz et lorsque mon père est tomber malade ils ont déménagé. Maintenant, mon père est décédé et ma mère retourne chez Jazz elle se sent chez elle. Il y a beaucoup de service, la nourriture est très bonne, le personnel est chaleureux,il y a beaucoup d'activités.
