Nous venons de quitter cette résidence. Ils ont des problèmes de punaises depuis plusieurs mois. Il y a un manque de personnel évident. Nous n'étions pas en mesure d'avoir un service de ménage dans le secteur autonome. Pas de bénévoles non plus pour reconduire une personne aux repas. Pour les locataires en perte d'autonomie, ils ne tiennent pas compte de l'état et peuvent remettre un formulaire à remplir ou des directives pour les traitements de punaises sans même en informer la famille. Malgré des demandes répétées, la famille n'est pas informée des communiqués importants. À moins d'être totalement autonome, je ne recommande pas.
